In plain terms. Try REMory for 30 days. If it is not doing what you hoped, email us and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send anything back.
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund, for any reason. You do not need to explain the reason, and you do not need to have left it unopened. REMory takes two to four weeks of nightly use to be worth judging, so a guarantee you could only claim on an unopened box would not be much of a guarantee.
To start, email info@remory.ca from the address you ordered with, or use the contact form. Tell us the order number if you have it to hand. If you do not, your name and the email you ordered with is enough.
We do not ask for the product back. Opened scent cartridges cannot be reused or resold, so shipping one back costs you time and costs us postage for an item nobody can use again. Keep it, pass it to a friend, or dispose of it with your household waste.
This applies to one refund per customer.
Refunds go to the original payment method for the full amount you paid, including any shipping you were charged. We start the refund within three business days of agreeing it. How long it then takes to appear is your bank's decision, not ours, and it is commonly five to ten business days.
The REMory app is free and stays on your phone whether or not you refund the device. Your account and the data in it are yours. If you want that data deleted, our privacy policy explains how, and the request is honoured whether or not you have refunded anything.
If your order turns up damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, email info@remory.ca with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. This sits outside the 30 day window and outside the one-per-customer limit.
Email us before your order ships and we will cancel it and refund you in full, with nothing else required. Once a shipment is with the carrier the 30 day policy above takes over.
