In plain terms. Shipping is included on orders over $40, to Canada and the United States. We do not ship anywhere else yet.
Canada and the United States.
Shipping is included on orders over $40. Orders under $40 are charged the rate shown at checkout. A single refill is under that, so refills reach included shipping at around three units, and every device order clears it on its own.
We do not ship outside Canada and the US at the moment. This is a capacity decision rather than a permanent one, and it will change. If you are elsewhere and want the device, join the waitlist and say where you are. That is how we decide what to open next.
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 4 business days.
Once it is with the carrier, delivery usually takes about 5 business days within Canada and about 8 business days to the United States. Those are the carrier's typical times and not a guarantee.
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
REMory ships from Canada. A US order may attract import duties, taxes or a broker fee depending on the rules in force when it crosses. Those charges are set by US customs, not by us, and they are the recipient's responsibility. Anything you pay us at checkout is the product and its shipping only.
If tracking says delivered and it is not with you, check the usual places and with your neighbours first, then email info@remory.ca within 14 days. We will work it out with the carrier, and if it cannot be found we will replace the order.
If tracking has not moved for 4 business days, email us and we will treat it as lost rather than make you wait it out.
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, email info@remory.ca as fast as you can. Before it ships we can change it. After it ships we cannot, and a package returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped once you confirm the corrected address.
Our refund policy covers the 30 day window. In short, you do not need to ship anything back to get a refund.
